    1. Freelancer Fees

    1.1 Service Listing Fee

    • Basic Listing: Free
    • Premium Listing: $10 per month (includes enhanced visibility and priority placement in search results)

    1.2 Transaction Fees

    • WeGigs Online charges a 10% service fee on all completed transactions between freelancers and clients. This fee is deducted from the total payment received by the freelancer.

    2. Client Fees

    2.1 Inquiry Submission

    • Clients can submit inquiries through our contact form free of charge.

    2.2 No Registration Fee

    • Clients are not required to register or pay any fees to use WeGigs Online for finding and contacting freelancers.

    3. Additional Services

    3.1 Featured Freelancer

    • Freelancers can choose to be featured on the homepage for increased visibility at a cost of $25 per week.

    3.2 Dispute Resolution

    • In the event of a dispute between a freelancer and a client, WeGigs Online offers mediation services for a fee of $50 per case.

    4. Payment Processing

    4.1 Payment Methods

    • WeGigs Online supports various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment processing fees are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment provider.

    4.2 Currency Conversion

    • Transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees if the freelancer and client are in different countries. These fees are determined by the payment provider.

    5. Refund Policy

    5.1 Service Listing Fees

    • Service listing fees are non-refundable. Premium Listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published.

    5.2 Transaction Fees

    • Transaction fees are non-refundable once the payment has been processed.

    5.3 Dispute Resolution Fees

    • Dispute resolution fees are non-refundable, even if the dispute is resolved in favor of one party.

    6. Changes to Fees and Charges

    WeGigs Online reserves the right to modify the fees and charges at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance and will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
